Wellington Paddler - River Guide for Kayaking
This is a free application from the Greater Wellington Regional Council that is designed for the public to monitor the river before kayaking. The app will display the following information like the river gauge data that will display the current stage, and the flow rate. The app also displays the level of the river (from zero) at the start of the river
How to find the river:
Click on the map
Press the "Get Info" icon on the map
In the window that opens, choose "Wellington Paddler"
Then, press the "Details" icon on the map
In the "Rivers" tab, there is an overview of flow and stage gauges
The app displays the currently gauged rivers
